Philipa and Arren were married in November 2013 at Seagulls in Tweed Heads
“Our special day exceeded our expectations. The weather held out for the late afternoon ceremony, the overcast lighting provided a beautiful backdrop over the Tweed River. Our ceremony was simply magical, our closest friends and family gathered at The Park, which was decorated beautifully with a large white timber LOVE sign and personalised canvas, the dusty pink chair sashes tied in with the mixed pink and white rose petals that covered the aisle.
My dress was chosen first as I was told it was the most difficult to find when organising a wedding, not for me though, thanks to the staff at LUV Bridal Gold Coast, they were exceptional and everybody at the wedding was pleasantly surprised with its classic style and unique colour.
The reception was held upstairs at the same location as the ceremony and was set up just as we hoped with black table cloths and chair covers with dusty pink sashes, the centrepieces were simple yet stunning, ensuring guests experienced the wow factor upon entering the room.
Guests were entertained with a photo booth and DJ as well as a witty MC to tie the whole night together. It was an amazing day to celebrate being husband and wife, we are looking forward to the rest of our lives together”.
